Your order won’t be marked as completed if we do not send you an email with your product. Before opening a ticket or sending us a message make sure to check your spam and junk folder, sometimes our emails can go be there.
If you registered an account during checkout then you will be able to find your item(s) on the order page in your account. First, you have to log in, then go to My orders and select the order number. You will then be able to find your item(s) there.
If you already checked these folders and still can’t find your product then please contact us so we can resend the email or deliver your order through another method.
