If you have not paid yet you can just leave the order as it is and you will not get charged. If you have already paid and want to cancel your order you will have to contact us first so we can check if you are eligible for a refund.
We can only provide refunds if you meet the criteria below:
- For keys: You have not redeemed the key. You will need to wait 1-7 business days until we confirm that the key has not been redeemed and only then we can provide a refund. For Random Steam Keys we do not issue refunds.
- For accounts: You will need to give us the actual credentials of the account, as well as the ones for the original email. If you already played the games on the account we will only be able to provide up to an 80% refund,
